Delivery/ Pick Up
Your orders are processed immediately through our servers. You will be called within 24 hours of placing your order to set up a date and time for your delivery. In the event that you do not receive a phone call within 24 hours, please call our Customer Service center at 954-928-6121
Items are usually delivered within 1-3 Business days if the item is in stock.
Customer is responsible to reserve elevator and do parking agreements with building prior to delivery date. If any of this doesn't meet the requirements at the moment of delivery. Customer must re schedule delivery day and pay an extra $80.
In an effort to limit person to person contact, we are offering the option of Express Curbside Delivery. Your items will be dropped off outside or at the first entry point of your home as long as you are on the first floor. Our delivery crew will not be able to bring your items up any flights of stairs. However, we will leave the items as close as we can to the stairs or elevator. Your items will be left in the packaging. Assembly is required. Please contact our customer service department at 954-928-6121 if you have any questions or to report any damages to your items.Excludes deliveries to the Florida keys.
We are also offering Free Pick-Ups on select item/s from our Store In Davie. Pick-Ups are available 6 days a week from 4pm - 6pm Sunday- Friday. Saturday the store is closed. Please take proper precaution and follow social distancing guidelines.
Full Service Delivery
We continue to monitor the current situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic. We have resumed our Full service in Home Delivery at this time. Please make your selection at checkout.
Customer Delivery Conditions and Responsibilities
Each customer is responsible to provide a clear path for delivery, free of impediments. Stairways, elevators, and doorways must be large enough to allow safe handling of your furniture inside or outside of the house.
Better Home Furnitures uses a third party for deliveries and is not responsible for any damages that occurs during delivery. Please send an email to email@example.com if you have any further questions.
Please secure your home for delivery by covering exposed floors with protective material and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path and create difficulty with the delivery. Better Home Furnitures is not responsible for any damages that may occur during a delivery as a result of your home being unprepared
